- Medicare beneficiary (Part A, Part B, and Part D or Part C)
- No Medicaid, Low Income Subsidy or Extra Help for prescription drugs
- Receiving Social Security Monthly Income- Over $1954 for individual/ Over $2644 for married couples together
- Struggling to afford those brand name drugs like Enbrel, Humira, Jardiance, Eliquis, Ozempic, or Basaglar (over 300 meds on the list)
